Loan Agency Services, agent of the former agreements of the Company Bialetti Industrie S.p.A., is now the Agent of the Company’s Restructuring Agreement. Las Team is composed of the Principal Gaetano La Puglia, the Consultant Valeria Fraioliand the Analyst Nicolò Zarbo.
The agreement has been signed by the Company, illimity BankS.p.A., Sculptor Capital LP and AMCO – Asset Management Company S.p.A. on the 19th of July 2021.
After the homologation is planned a bond issuance of Euros 10 millions that will be subscribed by illimity.
The Company, leader in the production and marketing of houseware products, was supported by the Legal Advisors BonelliErede and Mendolia & Partners.
