Loan Agency Services is the Agent of the Debt Restructuring Agreements of GPack S.p.A. with a team led by the Principal Gaetano La Puglia, assisted by the Consultant Valeria Fraioli and the Associate Francesco Ursillo.
The Agreements have been negotiated and signed in May by the Company, the Investors Oxy Capital and Illimity bank and the Financial Creditors, including Illimity SGR assisted by the Law Firm Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici with a team led by the Equity Partner Luca Faustini, assisted by the Associate Cosimo Birtolo.
The Financial Lenders have been assisted by the Law Firm Dentons with a team led by the Partner Cristian Fischetti and made up of the Associates Andrea Trabucco and Andrea Bilotti.
The Law Firm BonelliErede has advised the investor Oxy Capital with a team composed of the Partner Federico Vermicelli, the Senior Associate Pierangelo Tortaro, the Associate Leone Momigliano and Giulia Vannoni.
Illimity Bank has been supported in the legal aspects by the Law Firm Ashurts with a team led by the Partner Paolo Manganelli, assisted by the Counsel Annalisa Santini, theAssociate Anna Giulia Chiarugi and the Trainee Daniele Dainese. Trim Corporate Finance intervened for the industrial and business plan review aspects with a team composed of the Managing Partner Lorenzo Betti and the Analyst Tommaso Nardini.
