Loan Agency Services in joint with Intesa Sanpaolo is the Agent of the Amendment Agreement of the Loan Agremeent of Monrif Group with a team led by the Senior Consultant Paola Policicchio, assisted by the Analyst Dario Marino.
The Amendment Agreement has been negotiated and signed by the Company and the Lender Institutions on 19 may 2021.
The Lender Institutions were assisted by Pedersoli Law Firm with a team composed of the Equity Partner Maura Magioncalda, the Partner Alessandra De Cantellis and the Associate Enrico Morolli.
