Loan Agency Services with a team composed by the Principal Brunella Amorusoand the Consultant Valeria Fraioli, Agent of the Agreements of PM Oil&Steel signed in 2014 and 2018, coordinated some banks with a short-term credit facilities in the signing of the Agreement that established the partial resolution of the Bank Debt Restructuring Agreement (2014) and of the Recovery Plan (2018) of PM Oil&Steel, defining the return of the society to the economic and financial equilibrium.
