Loan Agency Services is Agent of the Recovery Plan negotiated and signed, on the 25 February, 2021, by Epoca S.r.l. and two Securitization Vehicles, including Yanez SPV, represented by servicer Aurora Recovery Capital, with a team consisting of Head of Legal Department Sharon Sermoneta and the Senior Asset Manager Francesco Procopio and the Senior Analyst Federica Manni.
The Securitization Vehicles were assisted by the Hogan Lovells Law Firm with a team led by the Partner Ernesto Apuzzo, assisted by Senior Associate Francesco Gallo and the Trainee Clara Juliette Busin.
The Company, which has been active for years in the real estate sector of Trieste, was supported by the law firm Consoli Seibold Vergine and by the Financial Advisor Eugenio Favale of PMD – Planning Management Development.
The Facility Agent of the operation was LAS with a team led by the Consultant Valeria Fraioli, assisted by the Analyst Nicolò Zarbo. LAS will also play the role of Loan Agent and Security Agent under the Agreement.
