Loan Agency Services is Agent of the Amendment Agreements of the Bank Debt Restructuring Agreement of Ferroli S.p.A. with a team led by the Senior Manager Gaetano La Puglia, assisted by the Associate Francesco Ursillo.
The Agreements have been negotiated and signed by the Company and the Lender Institutions on 8 March 2021.
The Lender Institutions were assisted by Molinari e Associati Law Firm with a team composed of the Partners Ugo Molinari and Beatrice Neri and of the Senior Associate Claudio Zanda.
Ferroli, which has been active for years in the field of heating and air-conditioning, has been supported by BonelliErede Law Firm with a team led by the Partner Federico Vermicelli, assisted by the Associate Pierangelo Totaro.
