We act as Paying Agent, Representative of the Noteholders and Monitoring Agent of the new ESG Basket Bond program launched by UniCredit and Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP), assisted by the guarantee instruments of the European Investment Bank (EIB) to support the investments of SMEs and Mid-Caps.
We play the role of Paying Agent for the Basket Bond project promoted by BPER Banca and Cassa Depositi e Prestiti for a value of 250 million euro.
